01

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

If you've ever felt misunderstood, pathologized, or pressured to conform, you're not alone. Therapy here centers neurodivergent adults — especially those with ADHD or Autism — in a space where you're not asked to change who you are to get help. We focus on building tools that work for your mind and honoring the way you move through the world.

02

Support for Co-Occurring Challenges

Neurodivergent adults often experience anxiety, depression, emotional regulation struggles, and relationship challenges. Together, we unpack these layers without judgment and work toward solutions that are tailored to you, not a generic model. You set the pace. You define what progress looks like.

03

Culturally-Informed and Inclusive Care

Whether you’re navigating systemic stress, cultural disconnection, or identity-based invalidation, this is a space grounded in cultural humility, advocacy, and respect. LGBTQ+ adults, BIPOC clients, and those exploring nontraditional relationship or lifestyle dynamics will find an affirming environment here.

04

Relationship and Life Transitions

From burnout and boundaries to career changes or relational shifts, this is a place to process major transitions with intention. For many neurodivergent adults, change brings up layers of past invalidation — we work through that with honesty and care.
